What People Say About Our School

A personal reference to Ashmole Primary School, by the then Secretary of state for Education, in the House of Commons on Wednesday afternoon during her oral statement about the Curriculum and Assessment Review! 'It is important that young people in primary school have more young people in primary school have more citizenship education, including in the critical area of financial literacy. I was at the wonderful Ashmole Primary school in Lambeth just yesterday, where I met year 6 students who were doing precisely that. If anybody tries to say that year 6 students cannot understand complicated concepts around financial education, I would suggest that they pay a visit to that school and see the amazing work that is going on there.’                                                    November 2025
