Juliet has been a governor at Wyvern for 8 years and a school governor for 12 years.
She is committed to playing an active civic role, being a Wyvern school governor and a trustee for the Triangle Adventure Playground charity. Currently working as a gardener with a love of greening our outside space and an interest in environmental issues.
Deepesh PatelVice-Chair of Governors
Deepesh Patel is Editorial Director at Trade Finance Global (TFG). In this role, Deepesh leads efforts in developing TFG's brand, relationships and strategic direction in key markets, including the UK, US, Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Deepesh regularly chairs and speaks at international industry events and is the host of the 'Trade Finance Talks' podcast and 'Trade Finance Talks TV'. He is co-author of 'Blockchain for Trade: A Reality Check' with the ICC and the WTO, alongside other industry research.
Christopher ToyeExecutive Headteacher/Ex-officio Governor
Christopher Toye has been a Headteacher in the London Borough of Lambeth for eighteen years, and is currently Executive Headteacher of the Wyvern Federation. He jointly leads the Lambeth Teaching Schools Alliance and is a member of the steering group for the Lambeth Schools' Partnership. Christopher is a National Leader for Education, supporting schools in Norfolk, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Devon and London.
Tony AndrewsCo-opted Governor
Tony is the chair of the Wyvil School Governors Committee and the chair of the Finance and Resources Committee for the Wyvern Federation.
Tony lives in Stockwell and is semi-retired, working part time in the Social Care departments of Westminster City Council as Emergency Planning Manager.
Louise BanerCo-opted Governor
Louise is a civil servant and lawyer working for a government body. She has lived in the local area for over 15 years and has two children who have both attended Ashmole Primary School.
Mark BirrellLocal Authority Governor
Mark has been Local Authority Governor since March 2019, and sits on the Wyvil sub-committee as safeguarding and Maths lead. Mark lives locally in Stockwell and works as a Civil Servant in the Cabinet Office.
Anil FernandezPartnership Governor
Anil has 14 years experience of school governance. He was the first chair of the Wyvern Federation and is currently a member of the Finance Committee, Admissions Committee and Vauxhall Primary School Committee. Formerly a Research Scientist, Anil has worked in the private sector for many years.
Natalie GrahamStaff Governor
Natalie has worked at Vauxhall Primary for 11 years in the roles of a teaching assistant, class teacher and now Assistant Head Teacher. She is passionate about providing a broad and balanced curriculum for the school and is currently the English Subject Leader. Natalie is also a Specialist Leader of Education, providing support for schools in London and other locations in the UK.
Jessica HalsteadParent Governor
Jessica became a governor in 2019. She now works in property, following careers in journalism, then TV & Film marketing. She has four young children.
Issa IssaCo-opted Governor
Issa Issa is a dynamic member of Lambeth's community, founder of an award winning community education centre in Lambeth, and senior advisor to our local MP. He's currently living in Waterloo with his family, and is privileged to be a father to three small children who attend Wyvern Federation.
Education is his passion, and he is driven by helping young people to get the best start in life. As a Governor here, he will always support the schools to be the best they can be.
Nash RajanCo-opted Governor
Nash has worked in secondary education for over 35 years most of those years as a teacher in inner city schools. He has a child who attended one of the primary schools in the Federation from Reception to Year 6. He feels that his experience in education is an asset to the Wyvern GB. He has been a governor since November 2017. He has represented Wyvil School including Resource Bases and is currently representing Vauxhall School.
Natalie ThompsonParent Governor
Natalie has a background in Secondary education and has held a range of teaching and leadership positions in both the UK and Australia. Natalie has now moved into the civil construction industry but still has a passion for education. Natalie believes our children are our future and has been keeping her passion alive as Wyvern Governor since 2019. Natalie has 3 children who attend Wyvil Primary School.
Kat VikCo-opted Governor
Kat is a Digital Project Manager with over 20 years experience in tech and communications. She has been a governor for 10 years and has an interest in music, literature and the arts. Kat has two children, one of whom is a former Ashmole pupil, and has lived in the Oval area for over 17 years.
